All timber buildings should be raised off the ground, even our mobile field shelters and stables sit on skids. Our static timber buildings need to be built upon a concrete pad and a single course of bricks. See our guide to groundworks here. We provide a base plan for the required groundworks which you can give to your contractor - we can often recommend a suitable contractor or we do have our own groundworks team which may cover your area. We use sustainably sourced timber from FSC certified sawmills and suppliers. All external softwood timber is pressure treated to preserve the timber. See more about our timber here.

We offer a five-year workmanship guarantee on all our buildings. This guarantee doesn't include materials, timber, parts, fixtures or fittings. See more about our workmanship guarantee here.

Installation is always included, unless you choose a DIY option. Delivery prices vary by location in the country and we will provide information as part of your personalised quote (which is why we ask for your postcode). Delivery for all installed buildings in Kent is free. If you would like more information about delivery please do get in touch.

Online DIY kit prices include delivery within much of the South East and Home Counties such as Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, Surrey and Sussex. Outside of these areas online DIY purchasers will be able to see a delivery price at the checkout based on the delivery postcode.
