The double mobile stable features two stables under one roof, providing plenty of space for two large horses & is easily towed by 4x4.
The double mobile stable has space for two horses and can offer extra room for a tack room or feed store. Built on sturdy timber skids, users can relocate this building with ease, avoiding the limitations of fixed stables. Measuring 7.0m x 3.6m, this high-specification double mobile stable has strong 4" x 2" (100mm x 50mm) framing, pressure treated shiplap cladding and a strong stable lined to 4' (1.2m) with 15mm OSB.
An Olson double mobile stable is designed for day-to-day use and weather protection, offering a dry, well-ventilated space that keeps horses protected from wind, rain, and harsh sunlight. The roof is boarded with OSB for extra insulation, and uses Onduline roof covering which helps dampen down the noise of rain or twigs falling on the roof.
Each stable features a top and bottom stable door, with the top openings fitted with anti-chew surrounds. Ventilation is key in any stable, and this building includes a sliding perspex window with internal mesh in each box, as well as vents at each gable end. Take a look at our full specifications for more details on the strength and quality of our stables, including the roof structure.
We offer Free Delivery to large parts of the South East and Home Counties
Delivery is based on postcode areas - our Free Delivery service is limited to the following postcode areas: BN, CT, DA, GU, ME, RH and TN. Delivery to all other areas is calculated at the checkout.
Our vehicles will need to remain on a hard surface at all times and will require vehicular access to within 25 metres of the proposed installation site to transport the materials and install the building as well as a working area of at least 2 metres around the proposed site of the building. We will discuss access with you once you have placed your order, however if you think access may prove difficult, please get in touch.
When you place your order online, our banking partner captures the charge but it is not taken from your account until we have spoken with you to double check all the details of your order are correct. So once you've placed your order, our experienced team will contact you to run through your order and we will also discuss suitable delivery/installation dates as well as any possible problems regarding access.
Our lead time can be as little as 2 weeks although this can be up to 4-6 weeks at particularly busy times of year. If you have a specific timescale requirement, please get in touch with our team.
Once everything is confirmed with you, we will go ahead and process the payment and send you a detailed base plan. In the case of static buildings (as opposed to mobile buildings on skids), this base plan provides the exact dimensions and layout required for the necessary groundworks. See below for more information.
We include installation with our buildings. Our professional and dedicated installation team will install your timber building on site. This can take as little as a few hours for a small building, whereas larger buildings can take a couple of days.
Mobile buildings are built on skids, so no groundworks are required, other than a flat and level surface. Mobile buildings include Mobile Stables and Mobile Field Shelters - all other buildings are classed as 'static' buildings.
Our static buildings are designed to be erected and installed on a concrete base with a single course of engineering bricks. The base needs to be complete before the building is delivered and installed. We will supply an accurate base plan which can be passed onto a contractor to lay your base. It's essential that the brick course is laid correctly as this provides the level and stable base for your building and ensures that your timbers are raised off the ground.
We do have an in-house groundworks team that may be able to lay your base, so do speak with our team if this is of interest or you need any help or advice. We also have an online guide to laying a base here.
